Our olives come from a family orchard in Argolida, Peloponnese, Greece, where the finest olives groves are found. After the olives are handpicked, they are cured in barrels of water and sea salt using traditional age-old curing methods.
The Green and Blonde olives come from the Gaidouroelia / Royal variety. They are the biggest olives and are crunchy in texture. The Kalamata olives have a distinct almond shape with a plump texture and smooth meaty flavour.
They are handpicked, certified organic, Non-GMO and contain no artificial additives or preservatives.
