Bioharvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Make great taste your tradition!

BIOHARVEST™ AGRICULTURE
Bioharvest farming is a holistic, chemical-free system passed down through generations by the Tsiriotakis family. Our approach is traditional, rooted in time-honored methods that prioritize simplicity and authenticity. That’s why we use straightforward olive oil bottles and minimalistic labels—avoiding all unnecessary costs. Like fancy packaging or third Party fees . This ensures you don’t pay extra for anything that doesn’t enhance the quality of the product.
By focusing on what truly matters—the quality of the olives and the oil—we deliver the best olive oil in the world at the most affordable price, without compromising on taste or purity.
BIOHARVEST OLIVE OIL
Exclusively made from Koroneiki olives, a variety renowned for its unique flavor and nutritional profile, our oil boasts a high polyphenol content—a powerful antioxidant celebrated for its health-boosting properties. Polyphenols help reduce inflammation, protect against oxidative stress, and support heart health, making our olive oil not just delicious but beneficial for overall wellness. Silky smooth with a slightly peppery finish and grassy undertones, it’s a favorite among olive oil enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. The natural peppery taste is the signature of our oil. Make great taste a tradition with Acropolis Organics Olive Oil. Your taste buds—and your health—will thank you!
Welcome to the Acropolis Estate
For generations, the Tsiriotakis family has carried on the legacy of our ancestors, producing olive oil that stands unrivaled in the market. We oversee every aspect of olive oil production—from cultivation to milling, bottling, and export. Each step is performed with meticulous care to ensure we meet the strictest international standards, as well as our own rigorous internal procedures. Our family’s honor depends on it. Every bottle of our Bioharvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in our family-owned milling and bottling facilities in the Kolymvari region.
Geographical Perfection
Our estate is located right on the coast of the Aegean Sea, kissed by the salty air year-round. It enjoys the most sunlight hours of any region in Europe. The elevation and rolling hills create the perfect growing conditions for our olive trees. That’s why our village is home to the world’s oldest olive tree. If you look even further back in time, you’ll find the Minoan civilization, 5,000 years ago, trading olive oil with the world.
The King Variety
The Koroneiki olive variety is often regarded as the ‘king of olives’ due to its strength and resilience. Unlike other varieties that quickly lose freshness, Koroneiki olives preserve their aroma, taste, and nutritional value over time, offering a richness that endures. That’s why we exclusively use Koroneiki olives in our oil. This variety’s unique profile gives our oil a silky smooth texture, a hint of pepper, and subtle grassy undertones. The peppery note, in particular, is a sign of the oil’s high polyphenol content—antioxidants renowned for their health-boosting properties, making our oil a perfect choice for both flavor and wellness.
Our Mill
We press our olives at our family-operated mill, where they are meticulously washed using fresh water before every pressing, ensuring they are never exposed to excessive heat. Polyphenol antioxidants are created during the milling process, which is an art that takes years of practice to perfect. Milling is more important to the production of olive oil than most people realize.
5000 Years Of Olive History, Tradition And Immortality
Acropolis Organics’ EVOOs are produced in Kolymvari, Chania, Crete, home to the world’s oldest olive tree. This legendary tree, which has been producing olives for at least 3,000 years (and possibly closer to 5,000), grows in our village of Vouves and continues to bear fruit today. A living monument, it symbolizes immortality and Greek heritage, and represents Acropolis Organics’ commitment to preserving our ancestors’ ancient traditions.
Let Food Be Your Medicine And Medicine Be Your Food
Olive oil, particularly extra virgin olive oil, supports cardiovascular health by reducing bad cholesterol (LDL) and increasing good cholesterol (HDL). Rich in antioxidants like polyphenols, it helps reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, protecting blood vessels. Regular consumption of olive oil is also linked to lower blood pressure, promoting better circulation and heart health. Its medicinal properties make it a key ally in maintaining a healthy heart and blood flow.
