Your Guide to the Toronto Yoga Show
April 13, 2018 @ 7:00 am - April 15, 2018 @ 8:00 pm
The most wonderful time of the year is finally here! The TorontoYoga Show runs all weekend long from today through Sunday. Doors open everyday at 10 AM. With so much to do, how can you make the most of your weekend? Here are some great places to start:
Get in for Free
There are two ways to get into the Yoga Show for free:
Download this free pass from EventBrite. Only a limited number remain, so act fast. Get into the show floor full of over 300 vendors, our Yoga Garden, and our Cultural Arts Centre.
Bring an old yoga mat to the show. Not only will you get in free, you’ll be helping your community because we will donate your mat to a GTA school, AND you will get $10 off a new mat from Gaiam, BYoga, Mukta Being, Yoloha, EcoYoga, or Jade Yoga. Our goal is to gather 300 mats, so bring your old mats even if you aren’t getting a new one!
Check out the Yoga Garden/Cultural Arts Centre
Now that you’re in for free, take advantage of a free class from one of our world-class faculty. There are hour-long sessions every day of the show in the middle of the show floor. You can’t miss it!
The fun doesn’t end when the show closes! We have two night events for you to take part in. But nab a ticket soon to save your spot:
Join yoga teacher Megan Marie Gates and Liz Diaz for an ecstatic evening of movement! Inspired by tropical heat and jungle beats, Megan Marie and Liz will set the scene to light up your soul with yoga, ecstatic dance, electronic music and deep meditation to ground it all in. Come get blissed out on a night to remember!
A Multidimensional Adventure with Darren Austin Hall
Join Darren Austin Hall & Special Guests as they guide you through a most dynamic journey of the Seven major energy centres:
•Constellating elements of guided meditations
•Chanting and kirtan
•Ecstatic movement and dance
•Sacred music and eternal wisdoms
This will be a truly NEXT level experience of ecstatic embodiment so that we can all experience, express, and celebrate our many dimensions of beingness, and harness a greater sense of self. Save a spot now.
