Baked Lamb with Olive Oil and Oregano
A staple of the Greek diet. Fresh olive oil and herbs are used to coat the lamb while it is baked to perfection. Add root vegetables & mini potatoes to the pan for a delicious & satisfying meal.
- 1,5 kg lamb (front part preferred)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of two lemons
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried
